Set Up requires 1.5hrs. If this happens the evening before the retreat, the location will need to be booked for this and then locked for the protection of the equipment. Location is to be booked and locked when Set Up is at the same location for multiple days. Facility will need to be opened each morning for the Team. Should Set Up happen the day of the retreat, the Team will need to arrive 2hrs prior to the beginning of the first retreat start time. School gym or retreat location will need to be open to accommodate this. Take down time is usually 1 hr.
