Pure Witness Youth Camp Out 2023

Join us for the Second Annual Pure Witness Youth Camp out on July 14th-16th. Youth going into Grades 9-12 are invited to come join us for a weekend of camping and growing in our faith by deepening our relationship with Christ and having fun within our Catholic Culture. This will include: games, short talks, prayer times, adoration, mass, campfire, rosary and more!

After June 16th prices will increase by $20 each.

Goal of the Camp
We want youth to have fun, building community in a Catholic cultural context – while camping – and growing in our faith by deepening our relationship with Christ – with a particular focus on prayer life.

Brief Overview of our PW Summer Camp-Out Weekend

Arrival
  • Campers arrive Friday 4-6 pm
Location
  • The St. Denis Community Hall is the PW Summer Camp-Out Headquarters!

Departure
  • Campers are to be picked up Sunday at 3 pm
Sacraments
  • Saturday we will have the opportunity for Adoration and Confession
  • Sunday Mass in St. Denis
Food
  • We are providing food for the weekend. Let us know if you have any dietary restrictions when registering!
We will have a Camp Nurse on site throughout the weekend
Accommodations
  • We will be camping in the field next to the St. Denis Community Hall. The hall has public washrooms. There will be NO showers.
  • Youth will be staying in tents with the Ladies and Gentlemen separated by a common meeting space for our Camp-Out.
  • On our registration form we ask if you have a tent to bring or if you need help finding a tent for your youth to sleep in with another camper.
  • FULL PACKING LISTS will be provided once we receive your registration.
Cell phone use for Youth:
  • Youth will be allowed to bring their cell phones for traveling purposes to camp.
  • These will be kept at the Camp-Out Headquarters and will be returned to the youth when they leave on Sunday. We will ask youth to hand in their cell phones at registration.
  • If you need to reach your child while camp is on, contact us by phone or text message and we will ensure you are able to reach your child or that they will be able to call home if necessary:
Things You & Your Parents Should Know
  • At Pure Witness we comply with the Diocese of Saskatoon Covenant of Care Protocols. Your youth will be well cared for and if you have any questions, please feel free to contact Carmen at her cell: 306-715-1571 at any time!
